M/V Constantza banned after multiple detentions

On 3 March 2011 the m/v Constantza, flying the flag of Comoros, has been banned after multiple detentions. This ship will be refused access to Paris MoU ports for a minimum period of 3 months.This is the 4th banning under the New Inspection Regime
