Paris MoU signed an agreement for data exchange with the IMO Secretariat

On 26 March the Paris MoU Secretary General, Mr. Richard Schiferli signed an agreement covering the exchange of PSC detention data with the IMO Secretariat's Director of the Administrative Division, Mr. Jo Espinoza-Ferrey.
