25 June 2012

On 16 June 2012 the ship was banned after failing to call at an agreed repair yard.

At the time of detention the ship was flying the flag of Togo. 4 deficiencies were found all of which were ground for detention. Several deficiencies indicated that the safety management system was not functioning. All certificates were missing on board. Mandatory safety equipment and fire fighting equipment were missing or expired. The ship was allowed to be towed to a repair yard where it never arrived. The wherabouts of the ship are unknown.
