Preliminary Company Performance Calculator

The Company Performance Calculator evaluates the performance of ISM Companies referred in the Directive 2009/16/EC on Port State Control Annex 1, Part I.1 points (e) (i) and (ii).

This calculator is only a tool to help users and is without prejudice to PMoU on PSC text. Therefore, it cannot have legal effects.

Additional Notes 

(1) If a refusal of access has been issued, the Detention Index is Above Average regardless of the value of the Detention Ratio
(2) Average Ratios are calculated considering the total number of deficiencies (ISM and Non ISM), total number of inspections and total number of detentions in the previous 3 calendar years. These values can be obtained from the Paris MoU annual reports.
