The vessel reached La Spezia port on 16th September 2011 with bulk cargo  to unload.


Due to 6 outstanding deficiencies from the previous inspection in Romania on 17th March 2011 the vessel was selected for an inspection.


During the inspection 20 deficiencies have been found and grounds for detention were detected.
